Service and Cancellation Policies

1. Programs:

All programs offered here are considered one-time payments and are non-cancelable and non-refundable once payment has been processed. The client is responsible for completing the agreed-upon service period. Services cannot be paused or resumed once they have started.

2. Consulting Service:

Every effort will be made to find a new date and time that is convenient for both parties. However, the availability of dates may be subject to Enavsport’s schedule, and rescheduling is not guaranteed. If the required notice period is not met, Enavsport will not be obligated to reschedule the session or issue a refund.

If the client cannot attend the consulting session on the scheduled date, they must contact Enavsport at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow time to find a new available date for rescheduling if possible. If the client needs to reschedule the consulting session, they must contact Enavsport at least 7 days in advance. See points 3, 4, and 5.

3. Rescheduling of Consulting Sessions:

If the client needs to reschedule the consulting session, they must contact Enavsport at least 7 days in advance.
Every effort will be made to find a new date and time that is convenient for both parties. However, the availability of dates may be subject to Enavsport’s schedule, and rescheduling is not guaranteed.

4. Service Duration:

Once the service begins, the client has the indicated duration of the purchased service to complete it. If the client does not complete the service within this timeframe, no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Policy:

No refunds are offered for the programs listed here or for consulting services once payment has been made.
If Enavsport cancels or is unable to fulfill the consulting service on the agreed-upon date, a full refund will be issued to the client.

6. Contact:

For rescheduling requests or any questions regarding the service cancellation policy, the client can contact Enavsport at enavsport@gmail.com.

These Terms are subject to periodic review. If we make significant changes, they will be published on our Website. Any changes to these Terms will take effect thirty (30) calendar days after we publish notice of the changes on our Website. These changes will take effect immediately for new users of our Website. Your use of our Website after notification of such changes will indicate your acknowledgment of those changes and your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of those changes.
